1. Introduction
These terms govern the use of the website mk-holzmont.eu (the “website”), operated by MK-HolzMont s.r.o.
By using the website you agree to them.

3. Purpose of the website
The website is presentational and informational. It introduces our installation services and references and lets prospective clients get in touch.
Submitting the enquiry form is neither an order nor a binding booking. It is a non-binding enquiry. A contract arises only through a subsequent agreement of both parties and our written confirmation.
The capacity calendar shown is indicative. Availability of a date is always confirmed individually.
Pricing is determined individually according to the scope of the project. We work on an hourly rate and are open to individual arrangements.
Use of the website is free of charge. We reserve the right to change its content, scope or availability at any time.
4. Copyright
The content of the website (texts, project photographs, graphics, logo, design and code) is protected by Slovak Act No. 185/2015 Coll., the Copyright Act.
Copying, distributing, modifying or commercially exploiting the content without our written consent is prohibited. The right of quotation under the Copyright Act is not affected.
5. Rules of use
When using the website, it is prohibited in particular to:
- gain unauthorised access to the website, its code or data
- download content automatically beyond the rules set in robots.txt
- place an unreasonable load on the website infrastructure
- distribute malicious code or unsolicited communication
- send unlawful, offensive or misleading content through the form
6. External links
The website contains links to third-party sites (e.g. Instagram). We are not responsible for their content, availability or data processing.
7. Limitation of liability
Information on the website is indicative. We strive to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee its completeness and accuracy at all times. Project photographs are illustrative — the specific scope and form of the work is always agreed individually.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by use of the website's content, its unavailability, or an outage of third-party infrastructure. Liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence is not affected.
8. Data protection and cookies
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy policy and the use of cookies by the Cookie policy — both documents are available on the website.

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. The courts of the Slovak Republic have jurisdiction over any disputes.
